New Times Shipbuilding Kicks Off 2026 with Delivery of “PETROKARAVO” Oil Tanker to Greek Dynacom

On January 6th, New Times Shipbuilding held a signing and delivery ceremony for the “PETROKARAVO”, a 73,500 DWT oil tanker built for the Greek shipowner Dynacom. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in New Times Shipbuilding’s production and business operations for 2026.

The “PETROKARAVO” oil tanker is one of a series of high-performance, environmentally friendly oil tankers built for the Greek shipowner Dynacom. This series of vessels has an overall length of 224 meters and a beam of 32.2 meters, featuring advanced design, energy efficiency, and environmental protection, and complying with the latest international standards.

It is understood that the shipowner has ordered multiple vessel types from New Times Shipbuilding. The newly named and delivered tanker “PETROKARAVO” will join the extensive fleet of Dynacom, solidifying the foundation for long-term cooperation between the two parties.

The delivery of this vessel underscores New Times Shipbuilding’s leading position and robust delivery capabilities in the global mid-sized oil tanker construction market.
