According to an announcement filed by offshore contractor Vantris Energy on the Malaysia Stock Exchange, the company has secured a marine transportation and installation engineering contract worth approximately US$345 million through its subsidiary Sapura Offshore with Petronas Carigali, the exploration arm of Malaysia’s national oil company.

According to the contract, Vantris Energy will provide offshore facilities transportation and installation services for the Sepat Integrated Redevelopment project and the Belud South Greenfield Development project. These operations will be carried out by Vantris Energy’s engineering and construction division.
Both projects are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The Belud South project is planned for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, while the Sepat project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2029.
