GENMA has recently won a bid to supply two 50-ton multi-functional double level luffing jib crane (also known as portal cranes) to an overseas client, marking a significant breakthrough in its market expansion efforts and adding new momentum to its global brand strategy.
Customized to meet the client’s specific requirements, these GENMA portal cranes will be equipped with three types of working attachments: a spreader, a grab, and a hook, enabling them to handle diverse operational scenarios. Thanks to their multi-functional design, a single crane can efficiently load and unload 20-foot/40-foot standard containers, various bulk materials, and general cargo, significantly enhancing the comprehensive handling capacity and operational efficiency of the client’s port.
In terms of the electrical system, the cranes will incorporate advanced technologies such as full digital AC variable frequency speed control, PLC intelligent control, and a front-end energy feedback system. These features improve operational stability and precision under complex working conditions, while the energy recovery mechanism effectively reduces energy consumption, supporting the client in building a green and sustainable port operation model.
The cranes will be manufactured by GENMA’s high-end equipment production base—Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM). Leveraging its technical expertise in the high-end equipment sector and adhering to the “flawless execution” philosophy, RHM will ensure theon-time and high-quality delivery of the order through lean manufacturing and strict quality control.
