On September 26, Jiangmen Hangtong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully delivered the 7,700 DWT oil/chemical tanker named “HERCULES HARRIET”.
The “HERCULES HARRIET” measures 103.88 meters in length, 19 meters in beam, and 10 meters in depth. It has a design draft of 7.2 meters and a design speed of 10 knots. Classed by Lloyd’s Register, it meets unlimited navigation requirements.
The vessel utilizes diesel generators for onboard power supply and is primarily designed for transporting fuel oil, biofuels, and methanol, with emissions meeting Tier III standards.
It is reported that after delivery, the vessel will go to Europe to be officially put into operation, providing strong support for the development of the local marine economy.
