From August 20 to 22, Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding – Taizhou Zhonghang Shipbuilding launched one vessel and laid keel for another two vessels, achieving three major shipbuilding milestones within three days.
On August 20, the first 50,000 DWT oil/chemical tanker ordered by Tianjin Dingsheng Shipping successfully launched and safely docked at the outfitting wharf. Classified by LR, the vessel has a total length of 182.75 meters, a beam of 32.20 meters, a depth of 19.10 meters, a design draft of 11.00 meters and a design speed of 14.5 knots.
On August 22, the 5th 62000 DWT heavy-lift multi-purpose vessel ordered by Shengsi Pucheng Shipping was launched and assembled in the dry dock. Classified by BV, the vessel has a total length of 199.9 meters, a beam of 32.26 meters, a draft of 19.30 meters, a designed draft of 11.30 meters and a designed speed of 14.4 knots.
On August 22, the 130-meter oil tanker ordered by Jiujiang Zhenxin Shipping was laid keel for hull assembly.
