Upon investigation, during his tenure, Liu Chong abandoned the bottom line of integrity, turned public power into a tool for personal gain, colluded with others and falsified evidence to confront the organizational review; violated regulations by accepting gifts and gratuities from others in large quantities over a long period of time, accepting banquets that might affect the impartial performance of his official duties, and transferring expenses that should be borne by him personally to be paid by others;coveted the company’s property; illegally engaged in profit-making activities during his tenure; Had important leadership responsibility for the relevant enterprises being defrauded; took advantage of the convenience of his position to get benefits for others in the procurement of materials and other aspects, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Liu Chong seriously violated a number of disciplines and spirits, constituting a serious duty violation and suspected of bribery crimes, of a serious nature and with a bad influence, and should be seriously punished.
