On January 22, two Type 3 PRO jack-up offshore work platforms independently designed and constructed by CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant (WMMP) departed from Qingdao Haixi Heavy-Duty Machinery Co., Ltd(HHMC) Terminal, bound for the Persian Gulf in the Middle East for delivery and commissioning. This marks the first batch of large-scale offshore engineering equipment exported by the company in 2026.

This type of platform is an upgraded version of the jack-up offshore operation support platform independently designed by CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant. It is not only highly efficient in operation, but also adopts more advanced cybersecurity and green environmental protection design concepts, and has obtained the CR symbol (cybersecurity symbol) for the first time.
