On November 2, Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding, under the leadership of Shanghai Lidexin Ship Technology, successfully held the steel cutting and keel-laying ceremony for the 50,000 DWT oil/chemical tanker TS2310 and its sister vessel TS2307.
The 50,000 DWT oil and chemical tanker that has commenced construction and had its keel laid this time is a mainstream vessel type that combines high added value with green energy-saving advantages. It can adapt to various oil and chemical transportation needs, and its energy consumption and emission indicators have reached the advanced level in the industry.
The ceremony was efficiently conducted in the early hours of the morning, underscoring the urgent pace of project advancement while showcasing the dedicated and collaborative spirit of all participating teams.
Representatives from Shanghai Lidexin Ship Technology, Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding and ABS attended the ceremony to jointly witness the achievement of these two major milestones.
