On October 20, TÜV Rheinland Germany held a certification ceremony for China’s Guangzhou Wenchuan Shipyard Heavy Industry. Zhang Xinglin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Wenchuan Shipyard Heavy Industry, attended the event and formally accepted the re-certification certificates for the EU’s ISO 3834, EN 1090, and the UK’s UKCA certifications.
The successful review and approval of these three major authoritative certifications in one go signifies that Wenchuan Shipyard Heavy Industry’s welding quality management system, production control of steel structure products, and market access qualifications for the UK have once again gained recognition from top international institutions.
This fully demonstrates that Wenchuan Shipyard Heavy Industry possesses the robust capability to consistently deliver high-quality, high-safety products, with its quality management system now fully aligned with international standards.
The passing of the review of the three certifications not only consolidates Wenchuan Heavy Industry’s “passport” in the international market, but also demonstrates its core capabilities in maintaining long-term advantages in global competition, and injects strong impetus into developing high-end businesses and winning customer trust.
