Fast expanding Turkish owner Densay Shipping is back in China, signing for another newbuild.
Multiple brokers report that Densay has booked a 63,000 dwt ultramax bulk carrier at Sumec New Dayang for around $32.5m. The ship will deliver in the first half of 2026.
Splash reported in May the Tayfun Gunerhan-led outfit ordered four ultramaxes at two other Chinese yards.
VesselsValue data shows Densay currently owns 38 ships, with another 12 on order.
