On May 15th, CSSC Engine Co.,Ltd. (CSE, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, CSSC) and MAN Energy Solutions signed a new 10-year patent cooperation agreement for low-speed engines in Shanghai, marking a new stage in the 45-year strategic partnership between the two parties.
It is understood that since the first license was signed in 1980, CSE and MAN have cooperated sincerely to help China’s ship power industry achieve leapfrog development.
With this renewal, the two parties will continue to focus on green and low-carbon, work together to promote the joint research and development and industrial application of zero-carbon and low-carbon dual-fuel engines such as ammonia fuel and methanol fuel, and continue to create world-leading ship power solutions.
