On March 19, Zhoushan Changhong International successfully completed the online signing and delivery ceremony via video conference for the 115,000 DWT crude oil tanker “NAVE AMARYLLIS” (Hull No.: CHB3012), built for the Greek shipowner NAVIOS.

This series of vessels features the new-generation LR2 Aframax deep-well pump tankers, developed in accordance with the latest regulations. They have an overall length of approximately 249.9 meters, a beam of 44 meters, and a draft of 21.5 meters, and are classified by ABS.
In addition to conventional fuel oil, vessels can be retrofitted to use clean energy sources such as methanol and LNG in the future. Meanwhile, the provision of medium-voltage shore power (MVSP) infrastructure creates favorable conditions for shipowners to connect to shore power systems in the future, effectively reducing air pollution—including carbon and sulfur emissions—caused by auxiliary generators during port calls. As the most effective environmental solution, HVSC is being adopted by an increasing number of shipowners.
Furthermore, this vessel is equipped with advanced single-chamber, single-pump hydraulic deep-well pumps (Framo), which significantly enhance cargo transport versatility and adaptability, providing a solid foundation for shipowners to expand their operational scope and increase operational value.
