Wison New Energies announced on social media that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bumi Armada and FPSO Ventures to jointly advance lease-and-operate solutions for the FLNG market.
By bringing together complementary capabilities across the FLNG value chain, the three companies aim to offer gas field owners a more integrated and capital-efficient pathway to resource monetization—helping accelerate time to first gas and improve the commercial viability of previously challenging gas resources.
The agreement marks a shared step towards developing more flexible, integrated and commercially viable FLNG solutions for the global energy market—built on the belief that the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts.
