Recently, ROC has once again embarked on a new phase of construction, successfully completing two major milestones on the same day—the launching of the SPP40 platform supply vessel N1057 and the steel cutting of N1058. With the efficient parallel construction rhythm of “one vessel launched, one vessel commenced,” the company continues to write a new chapter in the construction of high-end offshore engineering equipment, once again demonstrating its mature serial and batch shipbuilding capabilities and strong performance in meeting delivery commitments.

On the day, the N1057 vessel was smoothly launched at ROC’s No. 2 slipway, marking its official transition into the quay outfitting and system commissioning phase, steadily advancing toward the scheduled delivery target. As the fifth vessel in the SPP40 series, the project team leveraged the mature construction experience gained from the previous four vessels, rigorously controlling construction quality and production progress throughout the entire process. Key challenges such as block assembly and equipment installation were efficiently overcome, ensuring the milestones were met on schedule through refined project management. At the same time, the steel cutting ceremony for N1058 was held concurrently
At the same time, the steel cutting ceremony for N1058 was held concurrently at the company’s Steel CuttingWorkshop. With the precision cutting of steel plates, the vessel officially commenced its full-scale construction phase. As the sixth vessel in the SPP40 series, the smooth start of construction fully attests to the client’s high confidence in ROC’s delivery reliability. The simultaneous achievement of these two milestones ensures seamless production line continuity, establishing a virtuous and efficient fabrication cycle for vessel construction.
