On September 17, Jiangsu Haitong Offshore Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (JSHT) held a delivery ceremony for the 65,000 DWT bulk carrier “Huahang 176,” built for HuaYuan Star Shipping, a shipping enterprise under China Huadian Corporation.
The vessel has an overall length of 209.95 meters, a beam of 34.8 meters, a depth of 18.0 meters, and a designed draft of 11.7 meters. It is classed Cbyhina Classification Society.
The vessel is equipped with advanced intelligent systems to enhance safety, operational efficiency, and management effectiveness while reducing operational costs. The vessel was successfully completed through the collaborative efforts of the shipowner, classification society, construction supervision team, and shipyard personnel.
