On January 22nd, China Merchants Jingling Shipyard (Weihai) Co. Ltd. CMJL (Weihai) signed a contract for the construction of two 246FT/350FT self-propelled and jack-up platforms with CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTW).
This contract is the second cooperation between the two parts after the previous contract for five self-propelled and jack-up platforms, which means that CMJL (Weihai) has entered into the fast lane in the field of small offshore platforms construction, and will further enhance its construction capacity and market awareness in this field.
