On September 23, COSCO SHIPPING (Qidong) Offshore held a naming ceremony for a 154,000 DWT shuttle tanker built for the Norwegian company KNOT. The vessel was officially named “PRIO PRIO KUNTSEN.”
The “PRIO PRIO KUNTSEN” is a new-generation 154,000 DWT shuttle tanker independently developed and designed by COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry. And it is also the first vessel in this series built by Qidong COSCO Shipping Offshore Engineering. The vessel has an overall length of 279 meters, a beam of 48 meters, a depth of 23.8 meters, and a designed draft of 16 meters. It is classified by DNV.
