Xiamen ITG Marine stated that this project is a milestone for its new shipbuilding business, representing a breakthrough in its self-operated order-taking model and marking the company’s transition to full-chain operational control, from client engagement to production.
On the client side, Xiamen ITG Marine independently handles the entire order acquisition process—from identifying shipowners and conducting commercial negotiations to signing contracts, issuing foreign exchange guarantees, and collecting progress payments. On the production side, the company independently issues construction orders to domestic shipyards and coordinates technical integration as well as full-lifecycle project management. This practice has established replicable core capabilities for the subsequent batch acquisition of orders and standardized operations in the new shipbuilding business.
