On March 3, Jiangsu Soho Chuangke Shipbuilding successfully delivered the second 63,500 DWT bulk carrier, the “TOP HONOR”, to Topsheen Shipping Group. This marks another significant milestone in their collaboration following the delivery of the first vessel in January.

This vessel type is designed by Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute, featuring a length of 196.52 meters, a beam of 32.26 meters, a depth of 18.90 meters, a structural draft of 13.50 meters and a main engine power of 7000.00 kW. Classed by Bureau Veritas, this vessel type features advanced technical specifications and superior green energy-saving performance, making it one of the most favored vessel types in the international shipping market.

In the first quarter of 2026, Jiangsu Soho Chuangke Shipbuilding got off to a robust start, securing orders for six new 63,500 DWT bulk carriers. The shipyard maintained a tight, efficient production rhythm, with three vessels commencing construction, two laying keels and four being launched.

The successful delivery of the “TOP HONOR” vessel reaffirms Jiangsu Soho Chuangke Shipbuilding’s robust shipbuilding expertise and efficient production capabilities, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration between both parties.
