CSSC Guangxi Shipbuilding Wins Container Ship Orders and Patrol Vessel Design Contracts

According to CSSC Guangxi Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Company, CSSC Guangxi Shipbuilding has recently achieved significant market successes, securing contracts for two 680TEU container ships and winning bids for three maritime patrol vessel upgrade design projects. These achievements lay a solid foundation for the company to successfully fulfill its annual business objectives.

These two 680TEU container ships are the ninth and tenth vessels in the series to be renewed, with multiple ships in the series currently under construction in a tight and orderly schedule.

The design of three 30-meter-class inland patrol vessels is a project undertaken by the affiliated design company. This initiative represents a key task in upgrading maritime system equipment, focusing on addressing core challenges such as insufficient vessel deployment and mismatches between vessel performance and operational requirements. Upon completion, the project will provide robust equipment support for water safety supervision, routine patrols, emergency response, and search and rescue operations in Guangdong and Guangxi.
