GENMA has secured a new equipment order from a long-standing domestic client, further cementing a partnership built on proven product performance. The latest contract includes two 1,200-ton ultra-large-span gantry cranes and two 70-ton single-boom portal cranes, designed for demanding shipyard operations.
This order represents the third batch of equipment the client has purchased from GENMA this year alone, following previous orders for 21 portal cranes and one steel plate ship unloader. This repeated business highlights the client’s strong confidence in GENMA’s engineering and service capabilities.
The flagship 1,200-ton gantry crane, featuring a span of over 200 meters, is engineered for high-intensity applications such as lifting heavy-duty segments in large shipbuilding projects. GENMA’s gantry cranes are recognized for their robust load-bearing capacity, wide span, and significant lifting height. An advanced intelligent control system ensures smooth operation and precise positioning, complemented by multiple safety mechanisms for comprehensive protection.
The companion 70-ton single-boom portal cranes incorporate full variable frequency speed control technology, offering extensive coverage, high intelligence, and ease of maintenance. A unique drum compensation structure is employed to effectively reduce energy consumption, enhancing the equipment’s overall economic performance.
The equipment will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM), GENMA’s high-end equipment manufacturing base. RHM has committed to ensuring high-quality delivery through superior craftsmanship and stringent quality control, continuing to provide tangible value for its clients.
