On August 26, Huanghai Shipbuilding held a naming and delivery ceremony for the 62,000 DWT heavylift multi-purpose (MPP) vessel “Jufu”.
The vessel is 199.9 meters in length, 32.26 meters in beam, and 19.3 meters in depth. It can flexibly carry large equipment and containers of various sizes and is suitable for transporting all types of general dry bulk cargo. It is understood that the vessel is one of the 10 62,000 DWT series vessels built in batches by Huanghai Shipbuilding.
It is worth noting that since the start of this year, Huanghai Shipbuilding has successfully delivered more than 20 large vessels of various types, achieving a year-on-year increase in output value of over 25%. The company currently holds orders for more than 110 vessels across multiple segments, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 20 billion, and its production schedule is filled through the end of 2028.
