Vantris Energy Berhad (“Vantris Energy” or “the Company”) announced that its Engineering & Construction (“E&C”) segment has secured two work orders from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PETRONAS Carigali”), and PTTEP HK Offshore Limited and PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited (collectively “PTTEP”) for the provision of offshore transportation and installation (“T&I”) services in Malaysia.
The work orders were awarded to VTEB Offshore Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The first work order, awarded by PETRONAS Carigali under the existing Contract for Provision of Transportation and Installation of Offshore Facilities, comprises of offshore T&I work and is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of calendar year 2026 and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of calendar year 2027.
The second work order was awarded by PTTEP under the existing Contract for the Provision of Offshore T&I works for PTTEP development projects. The works are scheduled to commence in the third quarter of calendar year 2026 and are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of calendar year 2027.
With a combined value of approximately RM1.8 billion (approx. $442 million), these awards further strengthen Vantris Energy’s order book replenishment and reflect the Company’s focus on securing opportunities that align with its core capabilities, execution strengths and long-term objectives.
