According to CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (CCCC Fourth Harbor), the offshore engineering dock and associated facilities—part of the Phase I wharf project supporting the Wison Offshore & Marine equipment base—recently passed the completion acceptance inspection.

The project owner is Wison Clean Energies, and the construction was undertaken by CCCC Fourth Harbor. The project primarily involved the construction of an ultra-large offshore engineering dry dock, along with supporting facilities such as an assembly yard, a jetty-style wharf, a module load-out platform, a substation, and crane rail systems.
The Wison Clean Energies Qidong base involves a total investment of RMB 9 billion (approximately USD 1.38 billion at current exchange rates) and covers an area of about 1.2 million square meters. Phase I of the project features 1,370 meters of deep-water basin shoreline and includes the construction of a 520-meter-long, 110-meter-wide offshore engineering dock equipped with a gantry crane boasting a 2,000-ton lifting capacity. The module assembly area spans approximately 150,000 square meters and includes a berth for lifting and loading out 5,000-ton modules as well as a wharf for the roll-out of 10,000-ton modules; this area will also be equipped with a gantry crane capable of lifting 1,200 tons.
Upon full completion, the base project will have an annual production capacity of two to three FLNG units, with projected annual incremental taxable sales of RMB 20 billion (approximately USD 2.974 billion) and tax contributions of RMB 500 million. It will serve as a key pillar for the capacity upgrade of Wison Clean Energies, significantly enhancing the company’s full-chain integration capabilities and its strengths in green, large-scale, and intelligent construction—particularly regarding high-end offshore engineering equipment such as FLNGs, FPSOs, and modular units.
