Wison New Energies and Qair International have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement, aiming to co-develop cutting-edge offshore floating wind projects in Europe.

Under the agreement, the two companies will focus on advanced, climate-resilient floating wind solutions designed for challenging marine environments, including the North Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. By combining Qair’s experience in renewable energy project development, financing, construction management and operations with Wison New Energies’ integrated EPCIC+O&M capabilities spanning engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and operations and maintenance, the parties will jointly evaluate potential project opportunities, streamline project timelines in deep waters, and support the commercialization of relevant solutions, contributing to Europe’s green energy grids.
“The scale-up of floating wind requires close coordination across project development, technology solutions and engineering delivery,” said Mr. Liu Hongjun, Chairman of Wison New Energies. “This agreement lays the foundation for a long-term partnership between Qair and Wison. We look forward to jointly exploring commercially viable project opportunities and accelerating the deployment of floating offshore wind solutions.”
In response to the evolving needs of the global energy transition, Wison New Energies will continue to deepen technological innovation and international cooperation, supporting the development of floating offshore wind.
