On May 9, CSSC (Tianjin) Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (DSIC), officially commenced construction of a 307,000 DWT LNG dual-fuel crude oil carrier being built for the Greek company Capital.

This ship is a new generation of economical large ocean-going oil tanker designed by DSIC. With an overall length of 332.95 meters, a beam of 60 meters, a draft of 30 meters, and a design draft of 20.5 meters, the vessel has a design speed of 14.5 knots and complies with the latest regulatory requirements.
The propulsion system features MAN B&W dual-fuel main engines, paired with dual-fuel generators and dual-fuel boilers. Nitrogen oxide emissions meet NOx Tier III standards, further enhancing energy efficiency and economic performance.
