CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited (COMEC) has once again undergone personnel changes.
On the evening of April 2, COMEC issued an “Announcement Regarding the Resignation of a Deputy General Manager,” announcing the resignation of Deputy General Manager Han Jianbing.
The announcement disclosed that on April 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of COMEC received a written resignation letter from Mr. Han, the company’s Deputy General Manager. Mr. Han requested to resign from his position as Deputy General Manager due to work adjustments. In accordance with the relevant provisions of COMEC’s Articles of Association and other applicable regulations, the resignation takes effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors.
Recently, there have been several changes in the senior management of COMEC.
