Recently, the N1055 vessel, an SPP40 platform supply vessel meticulously built by Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipment (ROC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries, successfully completed its launching ceremony under the attention and joint witness of all parties.
This significant milestone not only marks the project’s official entry into a new critical implementation phase but also demonstrates ROC’s high regard for customer commitments and its practical contract fulfillment.
The SPP40 platform supply vessel is a high-end offshore vessel that meets international demands. As the third vessel in this series, the N1055 inherits the high performance, versatility, and environmental features of its predecessors. The project team, drawing on the construction experience from the first two vessels of the same type, steadily advanced all stages, rationally allocated manpower, material, and financial resources, anticipated and resolved potential issues in advance, avoiding rework and adjustments. This approach not only enhanced construction efficiency but also ensured project quality.
The first two SPP40 platform supply vessels successfully completed their launchings successively in the third quarter of this year.
