Wison And Baker Hughes Signed An MOU in China International Import Conference

On Nov 5th, Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (“Wison”), an affiliate of Wison Offshore & Marine (“WOM”), and Baker Hughes, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) at the China International Import Conference (“CIIC”). The MOU seeks to establish a solid groundwork for the collaboration between the two companies, paving the way for future project opportunities in the field of offshore Floating LNG (FLNG) and onshore LNG applications.

WOM is an established EPCIC contractor for FLNG and EPC contractor for onshore LNG plant modules with a focus on clean energy. Baker Hughes is a leading energy technology company providing solutions, products, and services to the energy industry worldwide with extensive expertise in the design, development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of advanced technology equipment.

The MOU aims to develop a long-term relationship between the two parties, formalizing the development of a Frame Agreement to streamline business processes and standardize technical products to meet market opportunities and ensure optimum solutions during bids and project execution.
