Recently, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has efficiently advanced its production pace, successfully launching the 114,000 DWT product tanker (Hull No.H1704), smoothly starting construction of the 158,000 DWT Suezmax crude oil tanker (Hull No.H1599) and completing the keel laying of the 114,000 DWT product tanker (Hull No.H1597).
On August 1, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding successfully launched the second 114,000 DWT product tanker H1704 for Hong Kong TCC Group.
On August 4, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding began construction of the 158,000 DWT Suezmax crude oil tanker H1599 for Greece’s Cape Shipping Company.
H1599 is the second 158,000 DWT Suezmax crude oil tanker built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for Cape Shipping. The vessel is classed by Classification Society LR and was designed independently by the company.
On August 4, Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding successfully laid keel for the 114,000 DWT product tanker H1597 built for Greece’s Performance Shipping.
