On September 14, 2023, China Ship Power Zhenjiang Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of CPGC under CSSC, and China Merchants Heavy Industry in JiangSu Co.,Ltd, signed a contract for the CMP-MAN 7L21/31DF-M Methanol Dual Fuel Generator Sets.
The 7L21/31DF-M generator sets ordered is the world’s first MAN ES methanol dual-fuel generator sets order undertaken by CPGC, which will be utilized in two 9300 PCTC built by China Merchants Heavy Industry in JiangSu for China Merchants Ro-Ro under China Merchants Shipbuilding, which is also the world’s first type of methanol dual-fuel car carrier.
